Terms and Conditions:
1. This offer is valid for stays booked 72 hours prior check-in date.
2. Check-in time must be mentioned at the time of booking. Otherwise, standard check-in time of 2:00pm applies.
3. Guest will be entitled to a check-out time which is the same as their declared check0in time upon reservation.
4. Additional late check-out fee will be applied in the event of extension beyond the 24-hour offer.
5. Only a limited number of rooms per day are allotted for this offer, subject to room availability.
6. Pre-payment is required to guarantee reservations. Non-guaranteed reservations will only be held for 24 hours
upon reservation and will be automatically released after.
7. Guaranteed reservations are non-refundable.
8. All changes in booking, such as but not limited to, change in name, date, no.of nights, type and number of rooms, and add-ons shall be allowed only until 48 hours prior to check-in date, free of charge. The hotel must be informed of all changes you wish to make through the Front Desk or through our customer service hotline (+632) 8 397 0111, (+63) 917 888 7788, and (+63) 998 888 7788.
9. Cancellation of booking made more than 48 hours prior to check-in date or guest is a no-show, the first night shall be charged to the guest.
10. Stay period of 24 hours is based on guest's declared check-in time upon reservation.
